We help students navigate the college admission process using a student-focused program that allows students to discover their best fit and successfully complete college applications by:
  • Limiting the number of students we take to ensure student access and quality
  • Offering one-on-one remote or in- person student meetings (for local Ventura County students)
  • Attending numerous conferences to stay current on college admission trends
  • Helping students create essays that are authentic and allow their unique voice to be heard
  • Providing students the opportunity to work with an Essay and Resume Specialist
  • Offering summer and fall essay and application workshops so that students can complete the majority of their applications before their senior year
  • Visiting dozens of college campuses every year to learn about majors, scholarship opportunities and campus vibe

Michelle Fleming

Michelle is the Founder and Owner of Admit You to College. She has assisted students through
the college admission process for over a decade. Michelle loves helping students apply to college
and celebrating their success. Her superpower is her organizational prowess, which is essential
when working with teenagers on college applications and deadlines.

Candice Sunseri

Candice loves research, writing, and working with teens. She brings her experience as a
professional book editor, then Moorpark High School Librarian, to her job as an Admit You to
College Consultant. She has a BA in English and a Certificate in Educational Consulting from UC
Irvine.

As our team’s Essay and Resume Specialist, Diane’s experience as an English teacher provides students with top-notch editing and resume development. Her assistance serves students well beyond a fine tuned essay, and leaves them with lifelong skills.

Shelby Stewart

Shelby has worked with Independent Educational Consultants (IEC) since 2020. She has a BS in
Business Administration and received her Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA in August
of 2021. As an aspiring IEC, Shelby has experience supporting students and families through the
college admissions process.
