Michelle Fleming opened Admit You to College in 2017. She is an Independent Educational Consultant. She is a professional member of the Higher Educational Consultants Association, the National Association for College Admission Counseling, as well as the Western Association for College Admission Counseling. Before starting Admit You to College, she was an associate with Off 2 College Now for five years. Michelle graduated cum laude from California Lutheran University with a degree in liberal arts and English and has a background in teaching.

Michelle attends yearly professional conferences to stay current in college admission trends and travels extensively throughout the United States touring colleges.

Michelle thoroughly enjoys working with students and celebrating their success in the college admission process and beyond. She enjoys getting the chance to develop relationships with her students and help them explore their options and articulate their goals. She particularly likes being able to help students create unique college essays that give their applications a voice.

Michelle realizes that the college admission process is not only stressful for students, but also for parents. While she meets one-on-one with students, she also schedules parent meetings to be sure that everyone is on the same page. Her organization and attention to detail assures parents that students are completing all necessary tasks. She is the intermediary between parents and students and her assistance keeps families from feeling anxious during the college planning and application process.
